1. Acceptance
By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you submit information on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so and that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
2. General information only
Website content and assessment results are general and preliminary. They are not engineering, financial, tax, legal, energy-market or investment advice. You should obtain advice appropriate to your circumstances before making a decision.
3. Illustrative calculations
Power-cost figures are scenarios based on the inputs and assumptions displayed. They are not a forecast, quote, guarantee or representation of actual savings. Actual costs and project outcomes depend on bills, tariffs, interval data, operating load, roof and site conditions, network constraints, credit, contracting terms and other due diligence.
4. No offer or project commitment
Nothing on this website is an offer to fund, build, own, operate or supply an energy system. A project proceeds only after technical, commercial, property, network, legal and credit review, internal approval and execution of final documents by the relevant parties.
5. Partner references
References to delivery, capital or ownership partners describe current or proposed roles. A partner is not committed to a particular project unless and until it separately approves that project and signs the relevant documents. Third-party names, logos, websites and services remain the responsibility of their owners.
6. Your information
You must not knowingly submit false, misleading, unlawful or confidential third-party information without authority. You grant us permission to use submitted information to deliver the requested assessment, route the enquiry, conduct due diligence and discuss a potential project in accordance with our privacy policy.
7. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with its operation, scrape it at unreasonable volume, impersonate another person or use it for unlawful purposes.
8. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, website content, branding, assessment logic and design are owned by or licensed to us. You may view and print content for your own internal business evaluation. You may not reproduce, republish or commercially exploit it without written permission.
9. Availability and third-party links
We may change, suspend or withdraw the website without notice. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not make us responsible for their content, security or availability.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on preliminary website content, interrupted access, inaccurate user inputs or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
11. Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information. The assessment’s collection notice forms part of that policy.
12. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms by posting a new effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Courts with jurisdiction in New South Wales may hear disputes relating to them.
